Returns

Customers outside of Israel are responsible for shipment costs for returns.
To ship an item back to ZOHARA please pack your item(s) into a bag or box.
On the airway bill please include your order number and note "Return shipment to Israel".

Please note:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in it's original condition.

 

Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

 

Customs Policy
Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery. these charges are not included in the total at checkout. they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control.
 **If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
 
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
First of all, we are terribly sorry and hope it never happens. If however you do receive a damaged item or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact Customer Care  immediately.
MY ORDER IS LOST! WHAT DO I DO?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer Care right away.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
